ORDER FULFILMENT

Once your order has been confirmed and your billing and physical postal address has been verified and payment has been received, we shall email you confirming dispatch of your order (between 2 – 3 business days) and provide details of expected delivery times (between 3 – 7 business days, depending on your location). Your order will be shipped using Royal Mail or an appropriate courier service (depending on your location), and we shall provide you with the parcel tracking number (if applicable) once dispatched. Prices are quoted in Great British Pounds (GBP). SHIPPING

MIA KORA offers free worldwide shipping on orders over GBP 120, unless otherwise stated in any promotional offers we send to you if you have subscribed to our mailing list, or which may be shown on this website from time to time. For orders under this amount, shipping costs will be added to the cost of your order and will be shown on your screen before you confirm your order. Where multiple items are included in one order, we may dispatch the items separately to avoid excess customs charges and additional shipping fees. Should this happen, we will communicate with you via email and provide you with multiple tracking numbers.

While we offer worldwide shipping, we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs, duties or taxes once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. MIA KORA does not have information on customs, duties or taxes and we are not able to estimate these charges.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We hope that you will love your purchases from MIA KORA. However if you are not completely satisfied we will offer a refund. The item must be unworn, and all of the original packaging and invoice must be included and packed securely and safely in a hard box. Please contact us by email at info@miakora.com within 7 days of receiving the goods, and we shall advise you of the return address. Customers are fully responsible for arranging and paying for the return postage. Note that all items are the property of the customer until they have been received and checked by MIA KORA. For your security, we recommend that you use an insured tracked shipping method to guarantee successful delivery of your return and retain your tracking receipt. We are not responsible for and will not be able to process a refund for items lost or damaged in transit due to delivery error. We shall notify you via email once your return has been received and processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account. Shipping charges are not refundable. MIA KORA products purchased via any other outlet other than this website may not be exchanged or returned through miakora.com.
